April 13, 2017, Miami Shores, Florida – Just on time for Holy Week, when Christians reflect on the passion, crucifixion, death, and resurrection of Jesus, the Archdiocese of Miami is showcasing the beauty of the cross – as reflected in a new cross icon at Barry University. The icon cross – the last part of the renovation project of Barry’s Cor Jesu Chapel – was designed by Dominican Father Cristóbal Torres Iglesias, OP. October 25, 2016, Santa Cruz, California – As Dominican Hospital celebrates its founding 75 years ago by four pioneer Adrian Dominican Sisters, the Adrian Dominicans who serve there today continue to live out the mission of the Congregation.
