June 3, 2016, Miami, Florida – Barry University’s Brand Marketing and Communications Team won 10 awards from the 31st Annual Educational Advertising Awards program, sponsored by the Higher Education Marketing Report. The competition received 2,000 entries from more than 1,000 colleges, universities, and secondary schools in the United States and several foreign countries.
Barry received a Gold Award for its imprinted materials; the Student Viewbook; the 75th anniversary celebration; the magazine series on its 75th anniversary; and a newspaper series on the 75th anniversary. The University also received a Silver Award for its brochure on the bachelor’s, master’s, and Doctorate in Ministry programs.
In addition, Barry University received four Merit Awards: for two brochures, “Guidelines for Alumni, Friends, and Supporters” and “Join Us: Come Home to Barry”; the athletics portion of the Student Viewbook; and the 75th anniversary billboard.
