Workshop Explores our Relationship to Nature Through Lens of Catholic Social Teaching

January 5, 2019, Adrian, Michigan – Barbara Wall, PhD, explores the meaning of nature and the common good through the lens of Catholic social teaching documents from 1891 to recent years. Her workshop, “Our Relationship to Nature from Rerum Novarum to Laudato Si’,” is from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Dr. Wall, Associate Professor of Philosophy and Vice President for Mission and Ministry at Villanova University, has designed and implemented a variety of initiatives to sharpen Villanova’s commitment to its Catholic identity and Augustinian heritage. 

The $40 cost for the workshop includes lunch. Registration is required and is available at www.webercenter.org; click on “programs.” Registrations may also be made by contacting Weber Center at 517-266-4000 or webercenter@adriandominicans.org.
