I remember Sr. Helen (then, Sr. Ann Charles) from Dominican High School, Detroit. I would have recognized her anywhere. Blessings and prayers to and for a wonderful Dominican.
I am a former Adrian Dominican who had the privilege of taking a science class from Sr. Helen when I was a postulant. I was sent out "on mission" for two weeks during that semester and she reassured me and caught me up with the assignments (as only she could) when I came back to Adrian. Many years later, when I returned to Adrian for the "Adrian Connection" weekend, there Sr. Helen was, reassuring me once again, and letting me know how welcome I was. I love her. Blessings to all.
